JENNIFER KIMBALL (Mary) was one-half of the now-legendary early-'90s duo The Story. Her albums "Grace In Gravity" and "Angel In The House" (Elektra Records) blazed the trail for contemporary, chart-topping folk-pop artists like Sarah McLachlan, Paula Cole and Jewel. Kimball's solo debut, "Veering From The Wave" (Imaginary Road/Polygram) established her as a full-fledged, solo singer-songwriter in her own right, though she continues to be one of the most in-demand harmony vocalists, appearing on albums with Patty Larkin, John Gorka, David Wilcox, Ellis Paul, Barbara Kessler, Lori McKenna, Lucy Kaplansky, Catie Curtis, and Carrie Newcomer. Kimball has starred in several Faith Soloway productions, and is relieved (thank Heaven!) to leave behind the conniving, self-obsessed, back stabber she played in "Miss Folk America," to take on the role of the selfless Virgin Mary.
